Beacon Face & Dermatology are seeking a Clinic Coordinator to join our busy and growing Tralee clinic.
This is a part time role, based on two days a week.
THE ROLE:
The role of clinic coordinator is inclusive but not limited to the following tasks:
- Schedule appointments, manage a busy clinic diary in conjunction with the flagship clinic in Dublin.
- Answer and deal with all incoming and outgoing patient communication, notably via telephone, email, post and patient feedback.
- Greeting patients, assisting with completion of photographs and consent forms
- Resolving patient concerns and any issues that come up in the clinic
- Taking payments and issuing payments via invoice
- Compiling and recording medical notes and patient data
- Managing clinic stock
- Other office admin duties will apply
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the clinic as a whole and as a result must be target-driven, have good initiative and problem-solving skills
- Secretarial / administration experience an advantage
- Completed medical secretary course an advantage
- Previous experience working in a five-star environment a strong advantage
- Must have excellent customer service skills and experience along with a solid understanding of service standards
- Proficient in IT, data entry and reporting skills
- Good numerical and invoicing skills essential
- Candidates with strong client-facing experience in a five-star / luxury environment from all industries will be welcomed applicants for this role
